Frequently asked questions

How long are the fleeces available for, and I don’t see any in your store?


Our fleeces are available on a first come first served basis in our store online. Once they are sold out, we will have a waiting list you can join for updates on when the next batch will be available.




How do I know what size I am?


Our sizes are UNISEX S/M, M/L, XL/XXL. Click here for more information and size chart. If you're unsure about your size, or have any questions, please drop us an email or direct message us via instagram at @yuglet. We'll be happy to help.




What happens if they’re all gone when I go online?


If they are sold out when you go online don’t worry, you may be able to buy one if any are returned to us. So it may be worth you joining the list now for updates.




Can I return my purchase?


Yes, of course you can. We have a 30 day refund policy if your Yuglet isn’t suitable. If it's a size issue due to our small batch order we may not have another size available.




Can I place an order now?


Our fleeces are made and sold in small batches. Once they have sold and are no longer available online, we close our store until the next new batch is designed and made.
