Caring for Yuglet woollen headwear and scarfs
Our woollen apparel is easy to care for, looking after your Yuglet hat & scarf is easy. Wool is remarkable fibre, many attempts have been made to mimic the unique properties of wool but many synthetic versions have failed. Wool needs less washing than synthetic fibres and is also naturally stain and odour resistant. Our knitted apparel will not crease easily, it's beautifully soft and stretchy next to the skin. Natural, sustainable and bio degradable, wool is kind to the Planet.
How to hand wash your knitted hat or scarf
Put your Hand Wash Only hat or scarf in a basin with filled with clean luke warm water, approximately 30ºC
Add a mild detergent to the basin
Soak for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse in lukewarm water, and then again in cold water. Do not rub. Gently squeeze to remove water.
Further tip: To remove excess water roll in a towel and press firmly.
